About the RoleYou will join a scrum team working close to equipment development, with a strong focus on practical testing in a complex engineering environment. The role centers on filling and hygiene solutions, where hands-on work with machines, test rigs, and physical verification is a key part of development.
You will explore how equipment performs in real operation, identify what works and what needs to improve, and turn those insights into actionable feedback for the team. This is an exciting opportunity if you want to combine practical engineering, testing, and collaboration to influence next-generation equipment.
Job Description- You plan, prepare, rebuild, and commission test equipment and test rigs.
- You drive practical development and verification activities for filling and hygiene equipment.
- You execute physical tests and document results, observations, and recommendations in a structured way.
- You work closely with your scrum team and development colleagues to turn concepts into practical and testable solutions.
- You evaluate mechanical designs and provide feedback on test setups, evaluation criteria, functionality, performance, serviceability, and maintainability.
- You contribute to verification and validation plans and help ensure that development tests are carried out on time.
- You have strong hands-on engineering skills.
- You have experience working with mechanical equipment, machinery development, testing, or commissioning.
- You enjoy understanding how machines work and solving technical problems through testing and troubleshooting.
- You can interpret engineering drawings and mechanical designs.
- You have a structured approach to documenting test results and technical conclusions.
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- You are able to complete a drug test before the assignment starts.
- Experience with mechanical design reviews and constructive design feedback.
- Experience with machine rebuilds, installations, and commissioning.
- Experience from food processing, filling equipment, packaging machinery, or related industries.
- Knowledge of filling technologies for liquid food products.
- Understanding of verification and validation activities.
- Hands-on experience working with automation systems.
