Om jobbet
Renault Finance Nordic is looking for a structured, service-minded and customer-oriented Danish-speaking Service Coordinator with primary responsibility for the Danish market. While Denmark will be the main focus, the role also supports activities across the Nordic market and requires close collaboration with colleagues, dealers and partners in Danish, Swedish and English.
Company information
Renault Finance Nordic is part of Mobilize Financial Services, a financial partner of Renault, Dacia and Alpine vehicles. The company supports importers, dealers and customers with financing solutions, service products and high-quality customer support.
Our team consists of 19 employees who share the same objective: to deliver professional, reliable and customer-focused service to our dealers, partners and end customers.
About the role
As Service Coordinator Denmark, you will be responsible for customer and contract management, daily contact with Danish dealers and customers, debt collection follow-up and administrative support related to service contracts. In addition, you will contribute to Nordic activities including regular communication and coordination in Swedish.
Work location: The position is based in Kista. Hybrid work is applicable, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.
Your main responsibilities
- Activate and administer service contracts, including contract changes, extensions and updates.
- Ensure accurate contract data and transfer information between sales and contract management systems.
- Handle incoming leads, prepare offers, follow up and track conversion rates.
- Act as first point of contact for Danish dealers and end customers by email and phone, while also supporting wider Nordic customer and dealer-related activities.
- Support debt collection processes, including reminders, freeze/unfreeze handling, credit notes, write-offs and communication with collection partners.
- Manage the Danish sales portal, including dealer access and statistics.
- Provide information and training to the dealer network.
- Support translations of marketing material, training material and terms and conditions.
Who we are looking for
We believe you are a responsible and self-driven person who enjoys working with customers, dealers and colleagues across the organization. You are structured, service-minded and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and customer dialogue. Danish will be essential due to the main responsibility for Denmark, while Swedish and English are important working languages in the wider Nordic collaboration.
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer management, customer service or a similar coordination role.
- Fluent in Danish, Swedish and English.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience from contract administration, dealer support, finance, insurance, automotive services or debt collection is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP, Visma or similar reporting tools is beneficial.
Personal qualities
- Customer-oriented and service-minded.
- Structured, accurate and able to manage several tasks in parallel.
- Confident in handling challenging customer situations in a professional way.
- Independent, responsible and proactive.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys developing the business together with others.
What we offer
You will join an international financial services organization with a Nordic scope, where Denmark will be your primary market and you will collaborate closely with colleagues, dealers and partners across the region. This is an opportunity to take ownership of important customer and contract processes while contributing to growth in service and insurance solutions across the Nordics.
Application
We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as interviews will be held on an ongoing basis. If you have any questions, feel free to contact by email:
