Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Stronger for a one-year maternity cover starting in January 2027.

At Stronger, Customer Service is an important part of the entire customer journey. We are looking for someone who combines a genuine passion for service with a strong technical understanding, a solution-oriented mindset and confidence working across different digital systems.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support our customers across email, chat and some phone support, helping with everything from product and order questions to deliveries, returns, payments and technical issues related to the e-commerce journey.

You will work closely with other teams within Stronger and play an important role in identifying recurring customer issues, sharing insights and contributing to improvements in our customer experience and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and solution-oriented customer service via email, chat and phone.
• Assist customers with products, orders, deliveries, returns and payments.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical and system-related issues.
• Work across several systems and platforms to resolve customer cases.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Operations, Logistics and Tech when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and the customer journey.
• Work towards Customer Service KPIs and shared team goals.

Who We’re Looking For

You are proactive, structured and solution-oriented, with a genuine interest in providing great customer service. You enjoy taking ownership and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Technical understanding and system confidence are important in this role. You don't need to be a developer, but you should enjoy understanding how systems work, investigating problems and finding solutions.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous Customer Service experience, preferably within e-commerce or a digital environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and confidence working across multiple digital systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Meritorious Experience

It is a strong advantage if you have experience with:

• Zendesk
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Centra
• Technical troubleshooting within e-commerce
• Automation, AI-supported customer service tools or similar technologies
• Additional languages – German is particularly meritorious, as well as French or Dutch
