Customer Service Representative in Greece

Salary: From €1,300 gross per month + 14 salaries per year

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and product-related questions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Deliver a high level of service while meeting quality and performance targets

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Norwegian or Danish (written and spoken)
• Good command of English
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
