Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director

SABA TECHNOLOGIES AB is a Swedish technology company based in Stockholm, focusing on digital solutions for restaurants, retail and service businesses. Our solutions include self-service kiosks, POS systems, digital ordering, cloud-based software, business automation and related technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director to lead the establishment and development of our operations in Sweden and support our future expansion in the Scandinavian market.

Main responsibilities: • Lead and manage the company’s day-to-day operations in Sweden. • Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy. • Develop the Swedish and Scandinavian markets. • Build and manage relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners. • Lead business development, sales and strategic partnerships. • Coordinate the deployment and commercialization of our POS, self-service kiosk, digital ordering and software solutions. • Manage budgets, business planning and future recruitment. • Represent the company in commercial and strategic matters. • Report to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications: • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. • Strong experience in business management, business development or technology-related activities. • Experience with POS systems, self-service technology, digital solutions, retail technology or software is an advantage. • Experience in international business and market development is an advantage. • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. • Professional working proficiency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.

Employment: Permanent, full-time employment (100%). Workplace: Stockholm, Sweden. Salary: SEK 35,000 gross per month. Starting date: By agreement and subject to any required Swedish work and residence permit.

Languages and international mobility: Fluency in English, French and Arabic is required due to the company’s international business development activities. The position requires willingness and ability to travel internationally and work with customers, partners and business opportunities across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas.
