Om jobbet
At Avaron, you get the security of permanent employment combined with the variety of working at different customers. We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development.
About the RoleYou will join a laboratory team focused on characterizing and benchmarking lithium-ion cells in the earliest stages of product development. Your work helps determine which cells are best suited for future tools and machines, giving you direct influence on sourcing choices, design direction and performance evaluation. The environment is practical, analytical and collaborative, with close interaction across testing and development. Because the work is lab-based, you need to be comfortable working on-site. If you enjoy combining hands-on testing with deep technical analysis, this role offers the chance to make an impact early, where your results quickly guide important decisions.
