Hej Business Process Partner!
Inter IKEA Group connects IKEA franchisees with range development and suppliers and ensures alignment of the overall IKEA strategic direction. Every day, we strive to develop, produce, and sell products and services that are affordable and accessible to everyone.
This role is positioned in Core Business Range, in Range Operations. You will belong to the Capability Development team, reporting to respective Capability Area Manager.
Our team is based in Älmhult. We believe that your presence with the team and working the majority of the time in the workplace is important.
About the role
As a Business Process Partner, you’ll play an important part in the team. In the coming years, we will continue to strengthen our ability to work with end‑to‑end processes that are effective, efficient and aligned with business goals. Your primary focus will be to shape, improve and maintain business processes in scope, working closely with Business Process Owners and stakeholders to enable operational excellence and future‑ready ways of working. The impact of our work continues to resonate in homes and hearts across the world.
On a typical working day, you will:
- Gather and document business requirements together with Business Process Owners and support defining KPIs and performance measures
- Analyse process performance, identify root causes, highlight improvement areas and support compliance and risk management
- Engage with stakeholders across to understand business reality and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Digital Product Teams to align process requirements with digital solutions and data models
- Model and document processes according to the Business Process Framework
- Secure cross‑process alignment, data exchanges and clarity in ownership and usage
- Identify and support standardisation opportunities across processes and ways of working
Qualifications
The role as a Business Process Partner requires you to:
- Have understanding of IKEA business model, value chain and ways of working
- Have experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders and driving process‑related activities
- Have experience working with business process or capability development or in other relevant business context
- Have good analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Be able to simplify complex information into clear and user‑friendly ways of working
- Be able to and like to lead in the unknown
It’s a plus if you also:
- Have knowledge of Business Process Management methods, tools and frameworks
- Have experience working with change management and driving change initiatives
- Have experience of indirect leadership and influencing without formal authority
