No matter where businesses operate, we deliver a checkout experience that meets the needs of both merchants and shoppers – driving growth globally.”About the position as Business DeveloperAs a Business Developer at Kustom, you will work with SME clients in the e-commerce sector, offering Kustom’s market-leading digital payment solution. You will primarily focus on existing customers, building and nurturing strong relationships while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen partnerships. With a proactive and commercial mindset, you will drive upselling, continued collaboration, and long-term growth for both the customer and Kustom.

The role is based at the Stockholm headquarters and involves close collaboration with teams across Commercial, Live Solutions, and other key functions. It offers a unique opportunity to join a highly ambitious, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing organization.Your main responsibilities:

• Drive sales with SME e-commerce clients, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, tailor solutions to client needs, and identify opportunities for continued growth.

About youWe are looking for a candidate with previous B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally within tech, fintech, or financial services, although other sales backgrounds are equally welcome. You should be confident in customer interactions, proactive in identifying opportunities, and motivated by both developing and managing business relationships. We are looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and become a top-performing Business Developer. Fluency in Swedish and strong English communication skills are required.

As a person, you are outgoing, energetic, and genuinely passionate about B2B sales. You are driven by results and thrive in a target-oriented environment where you can challenge yourself and perform at your best under pressure. With a flexible mindset, you easily adapt to different business environments, customer needs, and market dynamics. Furthermore, you possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a natural ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2C or B2B sales, with an interest in business development.
• Confidence in cold calling and a proactive approach to creating new business opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish, with strong communication skills in English.

Meritorious:

• Experience from a tech, fintech, or financial services environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or international business environment.
