Business Area Marketing Manager

Roxtec is the world-leading developer and manufacturer of modular-based sealing solutions for cable and pipe penetrations, serving customers in more than 80 markets worldwide.

As Business Area Marketing Manager, you will take on a strategic role within our Global Marketing team, with the opportunity to influence Roxtec’s market presence and contribute to our continued growth. The role combines a global perspective with close collaboration across the business.

Your role
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the Business Area organization, turning business strategies and priorities into relevant marketing initiatives. You will identify market opportunities and communication needs and ensure that Roxtec’s value proposition, solutions, and brand are effectively communicated to relevant target audiences. You will report to the Brand & Corporate Communications Manager.

Your responsibilities
• Developing market communication strategies, content, and activities tailored to priority target audiences.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring global marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Managing and coordinating marketing communication projects from concept to execution.
• Collaborating with and supporting local marketing teams around the world.
• Strengthening collaboration between Global Marketing and the Business Area organization.
• Identifying communication priorities and recommending marketing initiatives that create measurable business value.

Your qualifications
• University degree in marketing or a related field.
• Several years of experience in strategic and operational marketing.
• Experience in an international B2B industrial or manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into marketing activities.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
