AI Strategy and Transformation Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

The core purpose of the role is to champion, strategise, and drive the widespread adoption and effective, responsible utilization of Generative AI (GenAI) across LeoVegas.

This pivotal role will be instrumental in fostering AI literacy, identifying and promoting innovative GenAI applications for tangible process enhancement and productivity gains , and critically supporting our strategic evolution towards advanced automation.

The mission extends beyond simply promoting AI; it is about embedding GenAI as a driver of measurable business value and ensuring its use is both ethical and secure, which is foundational for building trust and encouraging broad acceptance.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Strategy & Roadmap Development: Develop and refine a comprehensive GenAI democratization strategy aligned with business objectives and agentic AI evolution.
• AI Evangelism & Awareness: Act as the primary internal GenAI evangelist, fostering enthusiasm and understanding of its capabilities company-wide.
• Use Case Identification & Promotion: Collaborate to identify, evaluate, and promote high-impact GenAI use cases for efficiency and innovation.
• Training & Enablement Program Development: Design and deliver accessible GenAI training programs and resources for diverse audiences.
• Community Building & Knowledge Sharing: Establish and lead an internal AI Community of Practice for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Trend Monitoring & Research: Monitor and evaluate advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI, providing actionable insights.
• Ethical AI & Governance Advocacy: Champion and contribute to guidelines and governance for responsible, ethical, and secure GenAI use.
• Impact Measurement & Reporting: Define, track, and report KPIs on AI democratization progress, adoption, and business impact to leadership.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong conceptual and practical understanding of core AI technologies (Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, etc.), their applications, and limitations.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and data governance.
• 3+ years of proven experience in product adoption and transformation, particularly in implementing and promoting the adoption of new technologies within an organization
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong change management skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive new technology adoption and influence organizational culture.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to identify and overcome barriers to adaptation (technical, ethical, legal), and develop pragmatic approaches.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and ethical information clearly to diverse audiences and conduct workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with business, tech, and engineering teams, and lead working groups
• Self-starter mindset, analytical approach, and positive "can-do" attitude

NICE TO HAVE

• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
